Please All 7 to 10 Working Days for items to arrive. All Purchase are tracked via USPS confirmation to track your package please login to paypal or contact us for details

Due to mass availability of DVD duplicators and duplication all sales are final. If product is damaged we will replace with same item, if item is discontinued we will replace with similar item. Original item must be returned for verification. From time to time the USPS loses mail it is rare but it does happen. We cannot guarantee USPS we not lose the package in which case Insurance is the sole discretion of buyer. If you would like to have insurance added please contact us within 2 working days of order being placed to add insurance.
